At Your Modern Collectibles, we take pride in careful packaging and timely delivery of your favorite collectibles.
📍 Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at support@yourmoderncollectibles.com.
⏱ Processing Time

In-stock items: Ship within 1–3 business days.

Pre-orders: Ship on or shortly after the manufacturer’s official release date.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the entire order until everything is ready to ship. Contact us if you’d like to split the shipment (additional charges may apply).
🚚 Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after processing.

Tracking numbers will be provided via email once shipped.
🛑 Damaged or Lost Packages
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the packaging and item damage (if applicable).

We will evaluate and may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on availability and the nature of the issue.

You may return unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.

Pre-order items and sale items are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.

All returns must be authorized in advance—please email us at support@yourmoderncollectibles.com to start the process.
💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Pre-Order Policy
We offer collectibles on a pre-order basis to ensure you don’t miss out on upcoming releases.

Release dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturer or distributor delays.

Pre-orders are non-refundable unless the product is canceled by the manufacturer or arrives damaged.

We do not guarantee mint condition boxes for mass-produced items like Funko Pops—minor box wear may occur.
